I'll admit it... I love food! I'm lucky to be in a place where you can experience so much fresh produce. Fresh fruit and vegetables just taste better here I think this is because they are mainly locally sourced and not touched by pesticides and preservatives. Here in Skiathos we are spoilt with many fantastic local places to try all that the island has to offer and I am constantly collecting new recipes.

I'm no chef by any means but I do love to cook and happy to share a few favourite recipes with you. I have a passion for Greek and American Soul Food (Southern American diner food) where there is often a crossover due to Greek immigration over to American after the war where many of the now vintage and iconic diners were opened by resettling Greek families.
